Shipping

All orders are handcrafted in small batches and shipped from the United States.

  • Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted.
  • During new drops or high volume periods, processing times may extend slightly.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once an order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is handmade in limited quantities, we operate with a final sale by default policy.

However, we stand behind our work.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You contact us within 5 days of delivery

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • Free of wear, marks, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Normal wear or patina (leather naturally changes over time)
  • Color variation (leather tone may vary slightly between batches)
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Change-of-mind purchases

These characteristics are part of authentic leather goods and are not considered defects.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled case by case and are not guaranteed due to limited inventory.

If an exchange is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Replacement items are subject to availability

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We recommend:

  • Shipping to a secure address
  • Contacting the carrier directly for delivery issues
